40% of hair loss in America actually comes from women a person’s hair is often a great way to tell how healthy they actually are. It is hard to find a healthy person without a full head of hair and vise versa. Those who live unhealthy lifestyles tend to have thin and brittle hair.

Prevention of Hair Damage – Heat (including weather and irons), chemicals such as bleach, dyes, and straighteners, excess sun and wind, and also too much contact with hair such as excess combing, towel drying, and playing with hair.
